We deliver products in 14 days. We take great pride in being able to offer WORLD WIDE SHIPPING to our customers. We use reputed couriers like Blue Dart, First Flight, Fedex, DHL, and other International courier services to ship the products that are completely insured and reliable.

 

If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, we would have all the products shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order is ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at support@fashionsbyindia.com with your order tracking number, We shall do the needful.

 

Please note that We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

*  We work with the premier international courier companies like Aramex, Fedex, DTDC, First Flight and DHL and are capable of shipping to any country worldwide.

 

* You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 14 business days of placing the order (with standard sizes). If Customer has ordered Customize Measurement, then it may take up to 21 days or more to receive your parcel. However we try our best to minimize the delivery time which will be 14 days for both Standard and Custom measurements products.

 

*  For shipping within USA, we rely on USPS, Fedex and UPS and other reliable courier companies.

 

*  You will get notification email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.

 

*  Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

 

*  International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

 

What if i want to mail Master Sample Suit for taking Measurements (No Extra Cost).

 

1) Mail us the best fitting master salwar / Churidar / Patiyala / Short top suit which you want us to take measurements from.

 

2) We would do all the measuring and all you have to do is to mail us the master sample suit with a note in case if there is any change in the size / style.

 

3) Your Master sample suit will be returned to you along with your new dress. We will keep a record of the size or pattern for future reference.

 

4) This option doesn't cost you anything extra and it is the safest option for you to get the exact size made.

 

5) The actual order processing time takes place after we receive the master sample. Please keep the transit time as buffer.

 

6) The suit should be mailed with the order tracking number to specified address which we will give it to you after contacting via phone/email.

 

7) Your size and style instructions & selections are subject to fabric constraints and designer team inputs.

 

8) Some of them might not be practical or advisable as per our design team, and they might use their best judgement.

 

 

 

What if any Delays??

 

- You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 14 business days of placing the order (with Standard Sizes). However, If Customer has ordered Customize Measurement, then it may take up to 21 days or more to receive your parcel.

 

• Time to ship the product mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

 

• If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

 

• Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

 

Please note that residential shipments to USA will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / BLUE DART / ARAMEX / USPS etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cases with 5 day work culture.

 

Please also note that there are no shipments made from the store on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partners, do not make any pick-ups on those days.

 

*  We take great pride in being able to offer WORLD WIDE SHIPPING to our customers. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct ZIP CODE. We are not responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

 

*  Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Fashions By India will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Fashions By India will attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

 

Transit Risk :

  • Fashionsbyindia.com is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Fashions By India will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

 

  • Address change requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to support@fashionsbyindia.com and we will do needful.

 

    Incorrect or incomplete address

 

  • Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Fashions by India. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

 

  • In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

 

Time to Ship :

 

  • Shipping duration is indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors.

 

  • It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

 

  • In most cases, your order will be processed within 36-48 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 14 business days of placing the order (with Standard Sizes). However, If Customer has ordered Customize Measurement, then it may take up to 21 days or more to receive your parcel.

 

What if any Delays :

Billing Address and Shipping Address :

 

  • Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

 

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

 

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from customer, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability.

Payment Confirmation :

 

  • Once the payment is confirmed from our payment gateway, than and than only the order will be taken in process. If your selected product is in "Ready to Ship" mode, we will ship the same within 4-5 working days.

My estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

 

If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please visit your Order History in the My Account tab in your showroom. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbors or building management to see if either party received the package on your behalf. If you shipped to a facility with a mail room, or if deliveries are not normally made directly to you, check with your mail room or receptionist.
